This video illustrates a Class 1 lever (also known as a first-class lever). In a Class 1 lever, the fulcrum is positioned between the force (effort) and the load (resistance). Classic examples include a seesaw or a crowbar, where applying force on one end moves the load on the opposite side, with the fulcrum in the middle.
